Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. The company has a culture that is displayed as extremey driven and exciting, but I have seen quite a bit of negativity within the company pertaining to pay and and current drivers from corporate. That being said, Im here to lock in, but this can be discouraging.

Commission structure for a manager is great, but I beleive the base salary for a Multi Unit General Manager is not adequate. Of course I am highly incentivised to drive my commission because of who I am as a person, but better base pay will attract better talent.
