I have spent nearly 3 years with Victra, and the first years were the best. This last year has been a struggle with paycuts and adjustments to how I can work (salary moved to hourly, no manager phone number, stricter guidelines on scheduling, taking away manager agency)

Since becoming a manager, I have seen nothing but pay cuts and negative adjustments to the ways I can work.

My peers of other GMs and MGMs in my district are always collaborative on ideas and how to best run and affect the district.
Revisión
Focus on customer retention through taking care of their needs, and not pushing product they do not want or need. Employees are scared to lose their jobs when goals can't be hit.

Our state changed laws that impact my position, no longer making it salaried. Due to this, I lack tools I would normally have access to run my job effectively when clocked out. It isn't clear what time I should and should not be working. The PTO structure doesn't work with hourly manager pay.
