Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. overall the company's not bad to work for, I like the work and what we do but there is so much lost in translation from the top to the bottom. and it doesn't matter how much you put yourself out there and proxy and try and create a brand for yourself you wont move up unless you know someone.

a lot of the current leaders are very undeveloped and need trained in basic operation to keep the stores running

alot of changes where made to the company that only bennifes the higher ups. we were forced out of multi unit roles into single doors resulting in a lose in pay as well as splitting the commission structure making it harder to reach full payout
