Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. In 2020, Victra opened its Communications Center, employing hundreds of team members who handle Verizon Consumer, Business, and Customer Care calls, along with Victra store support. I use to love this company. It was a people first company when i first started and that has seemed to change. I do not feel valued. The conpany preaches about their core calue of integrity, but i feel sometimes the company itself lacks integrity. It seems like more work is being asked with less pay.

Ive been a loyal emolyee at this company for 7 years. In the last 2 years my pay has been messed with more ways than one. Ive never heard of a company give a pay cut to a tenured person rather than a raise.
