Victra was founded as a partnership by Richard and David Balot in October 1996 in Wilson, North Carolina. Victra was incorporated as ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc. in 1999. Today, Victra is independently owned and operated in Raleigh, North Carolina, with more than 200 people in the Store Support Center. Victra is a great place to work! I work with great people, have a great support system, & had great training for the role. However I feel Victra decisions (such as hour cuts & now chargebacks) & constant issues with MPOS/RQ are causing turnover and low morale. Base/bonus/benefits can be reworked.

Base Salary was changed to require mandatory overtime each week to keep same pay. No annual raises offered or announced. When PTO is used, Overtime pay for week is taken away. Store bonus structured as all or nothing, No fair share/percentage if under 95 percent attainment to a 30% YOY incr target
