I've met all metrics for promotion other than an arbitrary bureaucratic "time in role" condition even though I have as much industry experience and ability as colleagues two positions higher than me.

Incremental raises are very low, basically a 'cost of living' increase. Raises do not seem to be based on significant contributions. I would feel more valued if I saw my compensation progressing in the salary band, instead of hovering in the middle for years.

there was a change in titles for new employees going forward but they didn't take people who were below that to the new baseline when they made the announcement. there's a pay difference and it doesn't feel fair. there was only 4 of us and it should have been automatic.

Market pay adjustment. I am way below market rate despite performing to a high level. Stop changing stack ranking levels based on a force distribution - this is a morale killer. Workday are using this as an excuse to reduce compensation.
