The company culture has tanked in the last few years due to poor mangement and a toxic political atmosphere. Hire the right people - look from within the company first as there are some super people just waiting to make a huge positive impact. Many external hires over the past years have been bad.

Workday's focus has been on the customers it supports, but those customers are the companies who use Workday. Most dissatisfaction comes from end-users (employees) of Workday's customers as well as candidates applying for roles with Workday's customers. The main complaints are navigability and UI.
