They are truly caring people who try and give us the time and tools to work to the best of our ability

I feel like I have to work too many weekends and late evenings. When I have a late evening, supervisors will schedule early morning meetings which causes me to feel like I'm always working. I strongly dislike being on call because I am not properly trained to be on-call

Working at Adelphoi has been a positive experience. I was able to obtain a master's degree using the President's Fund. Something that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.
