We are very knowledgeable about our jobs, and seek each other's input on different topics. I enjoy seeing them everyday to help me get through my work day.

I do not feel we have much input about our positions. We are not asked for feedback or input in certain areas and we are the ones completing the work. It is very stressful to see new forms, guidelines, etc., be implemented with no explanation as to why. This is the same feedback I give every survey.
