I love the company for the most part except my work load and the fact there is not short term disability, especially for women that have a baby and are unable to save PTO for maternity leave. The fact it is Adelphoi all about families but okay to let you struggle is ridiculous.

The amount of work that is put on my position feels like I am just a dump off area. I am expected to do a tremendous amount of work with very little pay.
Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?
My work load is too much. Meeting after meeting, plan after plan, when it comes down to it my position has way too much for one person. I am NEVER bored. I don't have a day I can say I don't have much to do. I barely have a minute to breathe or do unexpected tasks I am expected to do.
