Interacting with many different students on a daily basis. Providing services that truly benefit the student and their families.

We have a very blended culture at our specific location in this company. We always strive to make the environment comfortable and safe for everyone. We are inclusive.

We all understand that we are all human beings. I feel like I am allowed to be my true self around my coworkers. We all get along and work extremely well together.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Not that I feel undervalued, but I would enjoy higher pay to feel fully compensated for the duties that I perform in the workplace. I always strive to do more and to become better. My salary is below average for my title though.
