I have only been here for almost 2 months. I have been introduced to countless individuals, I have been taken out to lunch a couple of times, was invited to the leadership conference, and taken out for drinks. I am treated well here and therefore, am happy with the overall experience.

The leadership teams keeps their employees informed and also provide all the resources necessary for us to do our jobs well. It is great that the leadership team also organizes events for us employees to attend.

It is an open work environment so we are always face-to-face with out coworkers. I think that is really important. We are also hybrid and get to work from home a couple days a week which, having that flexibility is really nice.
