Good. Good Team. We need to constantly recruit and find skilled individuals as we are in a high skill environment. Otherwise i think its good just need to be careful that we dont have too many "corporate" things that "need" to be done that really just slow down availability to the customer.

They need to be more Responsible and more invested. Its very diffucult to find hard working individuals... i get that.
