Communication between departments. Grown people name calling. Favoritism. Environment. Flexibility.

We work together despite the chaos. We communicate effectively and we complete all of our work daily.

Better processes need to be put into place between departments and within each department. There is no official training, and people are thrown in and fail.The workplace environment should benefit the people who work there, not just aesthetics.

All the shifting and drama among the team over the last year has been disappointing to see. As far as compensation goes, the price to live and compensation do not equal out, so it is always a struggle.

We are underpaid and undervalued. My opinion is that our department gets the short end of the stick more times than not, and nothing is ever really done about it. We continually do our job and other departments jobs.

Our team always communicates with each other. We can go to our manager or our lead in the same manner as going to a coworker, knowing we are being heard and valued. The environment is often loud, cramped and too bright causing daily headaches and migraines.
