Overall experience with the company has been quite challenging in my current role. The expectations along with leadership style is not creating a healthy work environment. My experience level is not recognized, nor is the daily work I do. Longevity in this role is not realistic.

No growth and feeling of accomplishment. A significant compensation increase along with change of responsibility.

I believe Assa Abloy is going in the right direction in some departments, but need to heavily increase leadership training if wanting to retain competent employees.

Leadership does not recognize my level of experience and dedication to the company as a whole. My compensation is the same as a new hire with no experience.
