I enjoy the work i do for our customers. i enjoy working with the team the executes the work on the front lines. Strong leadership is lacking in some areas. Directives are given and middle and lower team members are required to plan and execute with minimal assistance from leaders.

ASSA has been a good company to work for and has given me challenges and support. i am allowed to lead and provide feedback. My managers support me when needed. At times accountability is not held and leaders need to say and fight for what is needed & not afraid to say what needs to be said.

I feel that i am not shown the value based on the work that i do and i am at times taken advantage of by my willingness to do extra to help a customer or the company to not let things fail.

I enjoy helping customers care for their needs. I enjoy finding solutions for customers, solving problems that for others are a struggle. I like working with like minded staff that cares as much as i do about success and put forth the effort.
