Caring about their people, the sacrifices made by so many, to include almost loosing their families. Better compensation for their workers, for those loyal to the company for many years and not take advantage of them. Pay people their worth, and stop being cheap.
Work for a year busting your tail to get a $0.15 raise. Work more than your allotted time without compensation. Running short staffed because your immediate manager will not allow you to hire more management, making more money in his pocket. Being paid my worth, not 10k-15k less!
