Can't think of one. The people try to care but it is difficult on a long term basis when you know your employer has a "next man up" mentality.

Consistency would be nice. Three different managers, three different ways to do the same task. Come to work and do the task manager #1's way then they leave and manager #2 comes on and informs you you are doing everything wrong.
