Not being discriminative and to get better teammate support. They claim to care but its a trap so they can weed you out.

My general manager would always tell people that the parts were out of stock but then they would call back and talk to another employee and the estimator would be able to order the parts that same day

I had a long history in my position and i begged for just 40 cents raise when gas prices hit $6.50 and was denied. That same day, they had me print out two other people's raises. I couldnt even afford to make it to work.
