The manager doesn't know what he's doing. The regional managers don't care about anything other than making goal. I've worked at a few different shops and its always the same. The manager's favorites get the "best" jobs regardless of how hard you work and how good you are.

They think they know everything and try to tell me how to do my job. The rest are extremely lazy and the manager would rather be a friend then actually manage people.
