
Communications about repeat field work needs to be provided to affected technicians to potentially identify shortfalls, develop individual skills, and strengthen team interactions. Many of my team members are new (less than a year) and need positive mentoring to refine their skills.
I believe the entry level, hourly wage is competitive with industry standards but the new progression system has potential to stagnate a technician at this scale even after multiple years of dedicated service. This may cause a pay gap between experience/tenure and the pay scale.
Comcast provides a quality service that far exceeds the competition, they just have prior customer encounters that caused a stigma. I enjoy working with a company that continues to put their best foot forward daily and I strive to win back customer loyalty one job at a time.
