What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is evaluated regularly and adjustments made when needed. Insurance is good with lots of choices. 401K match is great

Im underpaid for the work I put in

I feel undervalued because I know people personally who have left got spectrum and are making 40+ an hour doing the same job. When we bring it up to our higher ups we are met with a "so what" kinda attitude. Some have even gone so far as to say "spectrum was hiring why didn't you move over then"

The front of house is paid significantly more than back of house.

Everyone needs to pull their own weight instead of just asking for more money to do the same thing

Question is too broad.. co workers meaning other techs I have no issues with.. co workers meaning other supervisors and leadership lack compassion for there techs. No one seems like they would fight for there guys when it mattered

The tools we use to do our jobs are constantly improving. Our company stays ahead with innovative tools that help our field techs find and fix issues.

Customer service is lacking, people are leaving cable because Comcast doesn’t really care

Stop treating your techs like numbers and more like valued people again.. the customer is and will always be important but when do we become important to the company? We feel expendable and replaceable and it's hard to stay motivated when you feel that way.
