I'd have to say the company matching 401k contributions to a certain percentage is one best parts of our compensation.
I'm neutral. It was like any other interview. The part that I liked was getting through it and getting the job.
My coworkers are amazing. Most of my coworkers have more experience and knowledge in their pinkies than most of the Supervisors or Management. If anything I think new-hires should be rated by their peers to ensure more quality coworkers going foward.
Costco needs to start promoting people based on merit and ability. I've seen too many people promoted solely because they say yes to everything , or get good membership numbers, or sometimes just to move them somewhere else because they're incompetent in their current position.
Costco does not Innovate fast enough/ They need to start getting creative and making drastic improvements. Costco is promoting people because they say yes/ Costco needs to promote people who question, take initiative, and innovate. Members are far too entitled/ This needs to be rectified.
Costco lets its members walk all over their employees. The company needs to take a firmer stance towards members. The membership is a privilege and if people can't act civil they should be kicked out. If the bad apples are kicked out it makes sure the good ones will keep shopping and enjoy it more.
