
Due to the length of time ive been with the company, I do not remember my interview fully.
I feel undervalued due to poor leadership. Having support and a reason to work hard for the company could help improve this.
I believe my coworkers need to mind their business by not spreading rumors/ creating drama and we could all work together better.
What needs to change is leadership. If we as employees felt we were heard/ respected our company culture/ atmosphere would be much better.
Leasership is what is wrong. I believe new leadership is necessary to improve our environment. I do not think leadership should be fired, but possibly relocated.
