Starting in a pandemic is really hard especially as a company like CK starts to really take off and spread it's wings, everyone is very busy. With that being said, the company looks to put people first and wants to set you up to succeed. I'm really excited for a long future here.

They practice empathy in their personal lives and in the workplace. The transparency let's me know I'm working for a good company who wants the best for it's employees and customers.

The door is always open. While we're always trying to move the needle, we're also invested in personal growth outside of the workplace. I'm not afraid to ask questions and I feel like my opinion matters.

I admire my teammates in their abilities to think strategically about the future. I'm always amazed to see context shifting from a thousand miles view to 10 foot view. My co-workers are real people with real innate talent. Really gives makes me want to achieve my personal best.
