Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As compared to other tech companies, Credit Karma falls a little short of comparable companies, even our new parent company. Non-engineering roles are seriously deprioritized in the compensation equation.

The team I directly work with is wonderful! However, across the company there ofter are problems with over-reliance on referrals. Hiring for "culture fit" can be problematic depending on who is setting team culture.
