We're very diverse and bring a variety of skills and experience; we all complement each other's strengths and weaknesses well.

Business decisions have historically been guided by our core values; however, recently these seem to be less important than traditional decision drivers like revenue, productivity, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I directly work with is wonderful! However, across the company there ofter are problems with over-reliance on referrals. Hiring for "culture fit" can be problematic depending on who is setting team culture.
