The Credit Karma executive team really cares about their employees. This past year has changed a lot for many, even in the tech realm. Lay-offs happened to many of my loved ones. I felt so lucky to work for a company that figured out how to make it work for all of us.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay equity. Pay is evaluated twice a year to ensure it's competitive and it's based on the job someone is doing...not how well they negotiated their offer or buddied up to their manager.
