Credit Karma is the best company I've ever worked for. They truly care, even about the little people. I've been contemplating leaving the Bay Area for some time now but couldn't leave a job I love. Lucky for me there was an opportunity for me with Credit Karma in Charlotte, NC thanks to my boss!

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team truly cares about me. We communicate well, laugh often, and get shit done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Credit Karma's compensation is better than most tech companies in the Bay Area, and even in Culver City, Charlotte and London.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring process only took about a week from the first interview to the offer. It was quick, easy, and my interviewers made me feel at ease.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion - we work to build a very inclusive work space. Our Head of DE&I is fabulous, and everyone, for the most part, has a very open mindset.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Credit Karma executive team really cares about their employees. This past year has changed a lot for many, even in the tech realm. Lay-offs happened to many of my loved ones. I felt so lucky to work for a company that figured out how to make it work for all of us.
