What is the best part about your compensation package?
It was generous from the get go.

the cash pay, the benfits, and the willingness to adjust based on employee needs. As part of Covid the benfits team saw an increased demand and spending on mental health services and they adjusted their coverages to include that. Thats the kind of thoughtfulness I come to expect from CK.

The friendly and helpful people

As an employee you relly are put first; take the time you need, take the PTO you need, take the space you need - as long as the work gets done most managers let you work at your speed. Secondly; everyone here really cares a lot; about the work, the culture and the member
