I've had the opportunity to work on some very interesting projects, and generally like the people I work with. I have concerns about our leadership's genuine ability to seriously address social and racial inequity among the people who use our products.

Lots of talented people who are eager to make products that truly help people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are respected, and concerns are generally taken seriously. There's a mix of bottoms-up and top-down initiatives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health benefits for a company of this size. My family is covered for a reasonable employee contribution.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Mix of presentation, 1:1 interviews, and a skills exercise. I was made to feel very comfortable during all of these interactions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Employees are well supported and taken care of as humans. The way they've treated us during the pandemic has been a relief.
