What do you like best about the leadership team?
For a company of this size, they are very transparent with how we are doing, what we can change, and what the future looks like.

They protected us during the pandemic. They took larger pay cuts than we did so that we didn't have to lay anyone off. They embody the values that are on the company website.

Down to earth and care more about employees than in any other company I worked for. When covid hit, CK is one of small companies that wouldn't agree to lay off people. I was extremely scared at first being new to the company and on an H1B visa, but the leadership really delivered

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team in general has a very strong growth mindset but has been created to highlight individual's strengths. This helps with collaboration and people knowing their roles and strengths within their team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team that I work on constantly inspires me and makes me laugh on any given day - that's how you know you're at the right place. We keep each other motivated and hold one another accountable in a positive way.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company is slow to adopt a remote work culture. Disagreements on the executives committee lead to a lot of ambiguity when compared to peers. Sometimes, there is the illusion of caring for employees during the pandemic in regards to work culture and future of work

How energetic and passionate the people who I interviewed with were! Hearing them glow about the company, what they do, the mission, and their team was very awe-inspiring.

I was converted as a contractor, so my official interview was a formality.

It was fairly quick and we moved to the offer stage very soon after interviewing. I had been interviewing at other companies simultaneously and Credit Karma was the most efficient.
