I was converted as a contractor, so my official interview was a formality.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the mission. I love being able to help 120 million people on a daily basis get a hold of their personal finances.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They protected us during the pandemic. They took larger pay cuts than we did so that we didn't have to lay anyone off. They embody the values that are on the company website.
