What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent pay, substantial amount of company stock, and a generous benefits package with many extra perks (paid Vegas trip, extra paid week off, etc.).

My base salary is certainly competitive and I have a full suite of benefits including health, dental, and vision. On top of that the office space and fringe benefits are excellent.

PTO/sick time is generous plus several other paid off opportunities, such as volunteer day, election time off and family time. The best part is probably the benefits though. They worked tirelessly to give us the best bang for our buck and it continued throughout the pandemic uninterrupted.

I like the process that Credit Karma uses as the various members of the team have a say in the perspective hire. We are given the chance to talk with the applicant and this produces a wide array of questions and opinions.
