Everybody is very understanding and tolerant of each other's differences. No judging.

OUr team has great chemistry. I really feel that management makes a huge effort in making sure the get the right talent and personalities that match.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the process that Credit Karma uses as the various members of the team have a say in the perspective hire. We are given the chance to talk with the applicant and this produces a wide array of questions and opinions.
