Their level of empathy for our members and their employees. Communicate internally with full transparency. Some of the most genuine leaders i've ever worked for.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have pay equity here at Credit Karma, which is huge. Coming from an agency background, I'm unbelievably grateful for how generous our compensation packages are here.

Whenever I bother to take an informational interview elsewhere, I realize how well I am paid at Credit Karma while getting to be part of a larger mission. I have no reason to want to leave!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Credit Karma culture is unmatched -- this company makes a valiant effort to celebrate the work we do through thoughtful and engaging activities that are fun, but more importantly, create ample opportunities to bond with fellow Karmanauts (CK employees)

Worklife/balance is prioritized. Yes, we work hard but we also are given flexibility when we need to take care of personal things. Plus, our events enable us to have fun together!
