The recruiters made you feel supported and like they were genuinely excited to have me interviewing. I felt wanted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is supportive and always willing to jump in to help. And they are proactive, they don't wait to be told--the team raises their hands.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are the most genuine leadership organization I have ever worked for. They protected our jobs last year during the pandemic when I know layoffs would have been the easier route.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Worklife/balance is prioritized. Yes, we work hard but we also are given flexibility when we need to take care of personal things. Plus, our events enable us to have fun together!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Whenever I bother to take an informational interview elsewhere, I realize how well I am paid at Credit Karma while getting to be part of a larger mission. I have no reason to want to leave!
