Researching real and urgent problems and then coming up with ideas on how to solve for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
On my team we really value people who bring empathy to the table - even of they have different views. We also strive to create teams of people who care about each other and their welbeing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the cash pay, the benfits, and the willingness to adjust based on employee needs. As part of Covid the benfits team saw an increased demand and spending on mental health services and they adjusted their coverages to include that. Thats the kind of thoughtfulness I come to expect from CK.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As an employee you relly are put first; take the time you need, take the PTO you need, take the space you need - as long as the work gets done most managers let you work at your speed. Secondly; everyone here really cares a lot; about the work, the culture and the member
