Everyone was super responsive and I felt like they genuinely cared about me as a person.

The EC is incredibly transparent and give all levels of employees visibility into decisions and the business.

I love our fair pay compensation plan. It's a testament to our focus on equitable pay practices.

They prioritize people over profit...both our members and our employees. They make decisions on what's best for people and then success follows.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay equity. Pay is evaluated twice a year to ensure it's competitive and it's based on the job someone is doing...not how well they negotiated their offer or buddied up to their manager.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The Recruiting team does all they can to make sure candidates have a great process. I also appreciate that Credit Karma is doing all they can to limit bias in their hiring by implementing structured interviewing practices.
