Most employees live our values (helpfulness, empathy, progress and ownership) and it shows.

Working for a company that makes a positive impact in the lives of millions (yes, millions!) of people every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team, especially the founders, have a deep-seated belief in the company's mission (financial progress for all). They walk the walk.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As compared to other tech companies, Credit Karma falls a little short of comparable companies, even our new parent company. Non-engineering roles are seriously deprioritized in the compensation equation.
