In my prior years with the company, I took pride in working for a company that had a high level of concern for their employees. However with expansion comes change, and with new leadership comes change as well. The culture now can be described as very disconnected.
Nothing my leadership team hasn't made it a priority to get to know the MSP Billing team. Unfortunately because of this, I can't provide any characteristics that I "like best" about that team. Multiple new leaders have joined the in 2022, all have failed to even an introductory meeting .
Yes. Considering the financial crisis working class Americans are facing, I feel that the company has done very little to compensate us, rather leaders have reduced Overtime for the MSP Billing Dept. As an employee I'm not asking for a hand out, I'm asking to WORK additional hours to feed my family
