Truky commit, not just lip service, to being better. Technology, operations, alognment, delicery, and data are all lacking with no investment fot imptovememt oitside of waiting for Aya to save us.

Fair, knowledgable, helpful and knows our roles the same as we do. Jumps in when volume is high or staff is low. Sarah roland takes great pride in her job and works well with individual team members.
