need to feel more supported to reaching goals like promotion - my account manager is too busy to support my growth. unfortunately i have one JAM coworker who does little work and it means the bulk of JAM work falls on me, yet i am still expected to do client meetings /other account manager work

my account manager said i do account manager level work but i am still a JAM and paid like a JAM. Feel this is unfair considering other JAMs making same or more are doing a light workload
