Currently my experience is quite concerning. Day to day life consists of being pressured & driven to the limit. Expectations are to work for 12 hours, sleep for 6 & do it all over again Monday through Saturday. There's no humanity behind things right now.

We are all overworked & feeling the pressure. Because of this we are pitted against each other & communication is usually aggressive.

Company morale is extremely down, benefits are expensive for such a large company & payment plans are better with other companies in the industry.

Prioritizing the wellbeing & happiness of staff over metrics. A happier staff will yield happier clients & quality candidates. When everything is a rush so you're able to stay employed for another month quality goes out the window. Thus incurring more cancellations.
De quoi l’équipe de direction a-t-elle besoin pour s’améliorer?
Treating employees with the respect & knowledge that they have lives outside of work. The market is down & it's not the entire burden of the employee team to absorb this. The management should be active & recruiting in the market both to be team players & get a better understanding.
