Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?

Hard work often goes unappreciated. They pay men 2x as much regardless of skillset. Corporate makes tasks 10x harder with their random changes & care nothing about how it affects the team and those that actually want to do a good job. They expect so much with barely 3 people on a shift. Horrible

Qu’est-ce qui ne va pas et comment cela peut-il être amélioré?

2-3 *women a shift/ constant theft/ high turn over/ horrible reset/ carpeted the entire store so now it takes three people to move one pallet of water to the front of the store the same thing goes for coolers so who's on register while we have everyone pulling 1 pallet. Abuses the only able bodies.

Treat stores individually not all stores are the same. Give employees some type of input or at least ask our opinion on things not just the typical surveys that we get once a year that have nothing to do with the running of the store. Btw it takes three people to pull a pallet of water on all carpet
