As I mentioned before, they are all quality individuals. This makes working together run smoothly. But, when there are challenges, we help each other out.
I get satisfaction from doing my job well, and having my performance recognized by others. More importantly, when I help another team succeed I am very proud of their accomplishment, too.
I haven't here long, but I do like my coworkers and boss. This a challenging environment, but the staff are helpful and the pay rate is above average. Overall, I'd say I am happy with opportunities the companies offers to help you advance.
