
The interview was very laid back
The problems are beyond store level, and negatively effect moral
Pay should be better based on professionalism, knowledge, experience, and work ethic. Not biased solely on title or store location within the district.
The company claims to be positive, and promotes good heath to our consumers. Yet it fails to provide healthy environments, wages, benefits, and hours to employees.
There is very little positive feedback to give. Good employees do not stay with this company. The ones that do, become unhappy and are treated with little value, or the same value as lesser developed employees.
This company needs improvement in many areas. Fortune five hundred should be held to higher ethical standards. This company lacks in empathy, integrity and conscientiousness. Employees on all levels are easily disposable and treated as so.
