The Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS) is a complete software hardware solution designed to replace traditional vehicle manufacturing. The workplace culture is good, but it's a fast-paced environment and I definitely have more work than I can handle. It's also a smaller-sized company, so it's unclear if or when the company will grow to add more personnel to help me with my responsibilities.

I enjoy working here, but I don't see a lot of opportunity for development / growth / progression. I'm happy here for now, but if I was really looking to take a step up in terms of title or change into a new type of role, I don't know that Divergent would be able to offer what I'd be interested in.

Feeling like I accomplish something - I work fairly autonomously, so taking something from start to finish and doing it well is a great feeling.

The pay is very competitive. The other benefits are good (decent health insurance, equity, etc.) but the pay was the best part of the employment offer.
