The Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS) is a complete software hardware solution designed to replace traditional vehicle manufacturing. To make the complex simple, it is a complete modular digital factory for complex structures. The leadership team has a clear, well communicated vision and goals. They are exceptionally dedicated to realizing the company's vision. It's very inspiring and a great place to work.

The team is incredibly talented and cross-functional. Everyone works together well and genuinely likes each other. I've been here a while, and I have seen almost zero complaining about work. Turnover is very low.

I love working in my particular field, but what makes me even happier is working with bright people outside of my field and learning from them. I get to do that a lot at Divergent. There are many bright people here. I'm growing tremendously.

I would say the culture is based on everyone's enthusiasm for the work we do and what we are working to achieve. Everyone knows the company is uniquely positioned for explosive growth and market share. We're developing a product that can make a major, positive impact on the world and environment.
