Positive environment with teammates who are supportive and flexible. I work hard but have a good work/life balance. I think the hiring and team building process could be more rigorous to get the right people into those roles. There are often too many projects with limited people.

I like that I have freedom (no micromanagement) to achieve goals and objectives of our business in the way that I want to and am empowered to make progress.

I feel that the salaries offered are high for Los Angeles area salaries. I have also been satisfied with the heath insurance and the availability of the 401k to contribute to.

The team is very responsive and supportive of each others projects and efforts. Everyone is flexible and able to adapt to a high rate of progress and change as we scale up.

For me, its the attitude and work ethic of the people I work with directly on a day to day basis. I like that my manager encourages me to schedule one on one meetings every week so I can ensure I am developing in my career and that my efforts and priorities align with company goals.
